Changing views on Gender and Sexuality

To what extent does shared knowledge impact an individual's response to ethical questions?

In recent years the attitude towards gender and sexual diversity is changing at the fastest rate ever. People are changing their views on gender and sexuality as they are trying to understand what those people are going through. People get the knowledge of gender and sexuality from others who get it from other people which makes this knowledge a shared knowledge. The shared knowledge affects an individuals values and beliefs.

Because if the shared knowledge is right for everyone then it is supposed to be ethically right which eventually changes your attitude and response to ethical questions. Because of individuals changing their views on gender and sexuality people of the LGBTQ can live more safely and more comfortably.

LGBTQ was in use from 1990s to help these people to feel supported and empowered. People are learning about this from 1990 but action were never taken but now since the young generation people are understanding and taking actions to make this inequality go away.

So yes the shared knowledge does affect a individual's response to ethical questions because if everyone thinks it is ethically right then it is the individual who thinks different so which makes them realise that they are wrong.
